Today, the challenge for marketing managers is finding the most suitable sponsorships at the right time for their brand; on the other hand, for sponsorship seekers, the challenge is finding relevant companies for each of their events, and they are required to invest resources, dedicate manpower, and time that they do not have.

Need
SPONSERIM was born out of a real need we identified in the field of sponsorships after years of experience working closely with many companies and, in particular, with the marketing, HR, and welfare managers. We have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in managing sponsorships, fundraising, producing many and varied events, and dealing with all the processes and challenges along the way. We identified an important need for great value in the optimization and accuracy of the process, which involves a specific connection between the sponsors and sponsorship recruiters.

When the need is so clear it cannot be ignored, and for a year and a half the idea for SPONSERIM did not agree to disappear and we, as entrepreneurs, realized that this cannot be the way the market is going and it is in our hands to create a real and significant change in the global sponsorship market.
We believe that creating the right connections between companies is the key to success in the field, therefore creating collaborations is in our DNA and at the heart of what we do.
We founded SPONSERIM after years of dreaming of initiating something innovative together, and as best friends from a young age, we shared and developed dozens of business ideas along the way and this was the first time we knew we had something special in hand and could bring real value to the market.

With over 20 years in the entrepreneurial world and the establishment and management of technology companies from the idea stage to international sales, the main thing that attracted me to SPONSERIM was the task and the great challenge we have in the standardization of the sponsorship field. I have a master's degree in international strategic management and innovation, extensive experience in the world of marketing and advertising, and a proven ability to produce products and services of great value to customers and partners.



Tal Sapir
Founder and VP of Business Development
Has over 20 years of experience in the field of productions, PR, marketing and raising sponsorships for all types of events in Israel and around the world, for sports teams, unions, fundraising for non-profits and start-up companies. From 2021 - Vice President of Cooperation and Sponsorship of the Maccabiah Games (the second largest sports event in the world). SPONSERIM was born from the experiences and challenges I experienced firsthand while working in the field. Tal has an extensive and trust-based network of contacts in Israel and around the world. Over the years he worked with the largest and leading companies in the economy, event halls, production companies and suppliers from all over Israel and the world. With proven experience of 20 years, Tal brings innovative and optimal solutions to the world of sponsorships for all parties.
